Digital-First Approach to Forms for Nonprofit Corporations

As of January 15, 2020, Corporations Canada will introduce new service fees for federal business and nonprofit corporations, and cooperatives. Many online services for businesses and nonprofit corporations will be less expensive or free, to encourage the use of digital service delivery methods.

Several PDF forms from Corporations Canada website will be removed when the new fees come into effect on January 15.

Corporations Canada will also launch a new express service for the following nonprofit corporation services:

  • online incorporations and amendments

  • amalgamations, continuances, letters of satisfaction, and revivals by email or mail
